Requirements

Candidates should possess at least 12 years of relevant experience, with a minimum of 8 years in leading and managing a technical support team, and a strong understanding of application support best practices and industry standards. Experience utilizing Zendesk, Salesforce, and JIRA is required, along with familiarity debugging healthcare transactions using HL7, 837, and CCDA. Preferred qualifications include a Master’s Degree in Computer Information System or MBA, healthcare industry experience supporting PM and/or EHR systems, and experience with Snowflake and PostgreSQL.

Responsibilities

The Integration-Practice Support Director (Application Support) will lead and manage the Support team, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation, while also motivating the team's success and ensuring timely response and resolution of customer issues. They will participate in escalated client issues, providing technical expertise, strategize the team’s direction to achieve a balanced scorecard and plan for excellent execution, documenting SOPs, reshaping the team's culture to achieve a customer-centric approach, and maintaining a high level of employee satisfaction. Furthermore, the role involves managing the Scalable Support program, innovating solutions, and maintaining a close partnership with all stakeholders, as well as creating and communicating success measures (SLAs and KPIs).
