Requirements

Candidates must possess at least one year of insurance sales experience in a fast-paced brokerage setting and experience selling with multiple carriers across multiple states, including home, auto, and umbrella insurance. A valid Property & Casualty license is required, along with a strong understanding of insurance products and processes. Excellent communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and persuasion skills are essential, as is proficiency in CRM software. Call/Contact Center experience is also required, with brokerage experience being a plus. Bilingual ability, particularly in Spanish, is considered a bonus.

Responsibilities
