Requirements

Candidates must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in the insurance industry and possess a Property & Casualty License. A college degree is preferred, and knowledge of Applied Epic is highly desirable. Intermediate computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint are necessary, along with strong verbal and written communication, negotiation skills, and the ability to analyze complex insurance situations. The role requires independent work with limited supervision, effective prioritization of multiple tasks, and the ability to handle client and staff issues with attention to detail and a client-first attitude.

Responsibilities

The Personal Lines Account Executive will provide daily administrative support to Producers and Account Executives, gathering and preparing renewal information. Responsibilities include processing endorsement requests, certificates of insurance, and cancellation processing, as well as assisting clients with claims reporting and maintaining communication during the settlement process. The role involves processing new and existing accounts, supporting risk management and marketing efforts, and ensuring timely and accurate transaction execution with proper documentation. Additionally, the Account Executive will invoice accounts, process premiums, maintain current files, prepare renewal questionnaires, recommend coverage enhancements, work expiration lists for customer contact and retention, and perform agency system client updates.
