Requirements

Candidates should possess at least one year of experience in homeowners insurance sales within a fast-paced environment, with call center experience being a plus. They must hold an active Property & Casualty (P&C) license in their current state of residence, and a Surplus Lines License is preferred. Strong communication skills, a natural ability to build relationships and gain trust, and a proven track record as a closer with negotiation skills are also required.

Responsibilities

The Insurance Sales Agent will connect with potential customers to understand their needs and recommend tailored insurance solutions, consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets by building strong relationships and applying effective sales techniques. They will showcase our insurance offerings, clearly communicating benefits and addressing customer questions, maximizing sales potential by leveraging company-provided leads and collaborating with underwriters and customer service representatives to ensure a seamless customer experience. Additionally, they will guide customer decisions by simplifying complex insurance jargon and educating customers on coverage options, and adhere to metrics, schedules, and training protocols while juggling multiple priorities.
