Candidates must have at least 3-5 years experience as an instructional and virtual trainer and at least 5 years experience in Medicare/Medicare Supplement, Medicare Advantage products, or Auto and Home products.
The role requires the ability to be at AWL offices or other designated training facilities during scheduled training class hours, meetings, or activities, and must work in a designated office space with a professional virtual classroom environment that is background, noise, and distraction-free at all times.
Success requires great stage presence to engage audiences with compassion, positive attitude, high energy, and professional demeanor; strong listening and communication skills; superior coaching skills; excellent teaching and assessment skills; and the ability to lead groups with perseverance.
Trainers teach new agents about AWL history, culture, and values, working collaboratively with the Training Manager and PSaaS Leadership team in a team of over 1,100 talented and successful professionals focused on customer acquisition in the insurance industry.
A strong candidate is extremely self-motivated with a strong work ethic, a strong desire to help people learn, and experience in instructional training and insurance products, along with the ability to maintain a professional on-camera presence in a distraction-free office space.
