Candidates must possess a minimum Bachelor's degree in Education or equivalent work experience, along with at least 3 years of experience in curating training and development programs and instructional design. Proficiency in Gmail, Google Docs, MS Office (Word, Excel), and web browsers is required. Familiarity with Learning Management Systems, learning theories, instructional design models, and basic SCORM/xAPI knowledge is necessary. The ability to learn basic HTML and a passion for training are also essential qualifications.
The Instructional Designer will conduct training needs assessments and provide recommendations. They will design and develop engaging training content for employees, consulting with Subject Matter Experts to gather input. Responsibilities include analyzing, designing, developing, and evaluating training for global and internal employees, creating interactive materials, knowledge checks, and effective copy. The role also involves curating and improving existing content, organizing materials, and maintaining project documentation.
