Requirements

Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or Nutrition, with a Licentiate or graduation required. They need a minimum of 2 years of experience as a sales representative in the private sector and 2 years of experience as an Institutional sales representative specializing in specialty products, alongside 1 year of experience in tender management for external candidates. Intermediate English skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office are also necessary. Travel within the country is required for at least one week.

Responsibilities

As the Institutional Sales Representative, the individual will be responsible for preparing and coordinating the tender process for key accounts, aligning the demand forecast with inventory levels, strategically mapping stakeholders within the purchase process, and developing targeted action plans. They will communicate key messages to stakeholders, monitor access opportunities for new products, implement value projects for institutions, and monitor inventory levels to prevent refunds. Furthermore, they will capture feedback on drivers and barriers, propose tailored action plans, and coordinate with internal teams to achieve the Institutional Sales Plan.
