As a Regional Sales Manager, you will support Territory Managers, Nutrition Specialists, and lead the sales team to exceed sales goals. You will drive the implementation of team strategies, plan and direct regional sales activities, prepare annual forecasts, manage sales development efforts, collaborate with the IDN team, and partner with sales support and marketing on special projects. Additionally, you will promote Baxter’s culture through positive customer relations and contribute to market research and product development.
