Requirements

  • Bachelor from an accredited school with major in Engineering, Business, or related field
  • 2+ years experience in inside sales or technical sales support (experience in the valve/industrial equipment industry is an advantage)
  • Knowledge of control valves, safety valves, and regulators is an advantage
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Fluent in English and Korean
  • Good negotiation and influencing skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Good computer skills and familiarity with SAP, Salesforce, and Microsoft Office Suite

Responsibilities

  • Preparing technical and commercial quotations for BH products
  • Managing customer inquiries and providing timely, accurate responses to RFQs (Requests for Quotation)
  • Coordinating order processing, including SAP entry, delivery scheduling, and contract review
  • Providing first-level technical support and product guidance to customers and channel partners
  • Collaborating with Regional Sales Managers and Channel Partners to identify and develop sales opportunities
  • Supporting product training and presentations for customers and internal stakeholders
  • Maintaining CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) with up-to-date customer/opportunity data
  • Analyzing market trends and competitor offerings to support value-based selling strategies
  • Ensuring compliance with internal processes and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives
