Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Engage with existing florist customers to promote additional services and products that align with their business goals
  • Build strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and identifying opportunities for growth
  • Maintain and manage a pipeline of upsell opportunities, ensuring accurate forecasting and tracking in Salesforce
  • Develop a deep understanding of BloomNation’s suite of products and articulate their value to customers
  • Act as the voice of the customer, sharing feedback with internal teams to improve our offerings and customer experience
  • Work closely with marketing, customer success, and product teams to align on strategies and deliver a seamless customer experience
  • Consistently meet and exceed monthly sales and revenue targets
