The Inside Sales Representative will serve as the primary point of contact for all incoming customer leads and activities, qualifying leads and managing assigned accounts. Responsibilities include proactively engaging potential new customers through outbound sales activities, providing pre-sales technical consultation, and collaborating with decision-makers to deliver optimal solutions. The role also involves supporting account managers, driving sales and marketing initiatives with the marketing team, and nurturing relationships with small to medium-sized clients.
