Requirements

Candidates should possess a 4-year college degree or 1-2 years of experience selling multiple Medicare products, and must obtain a Life & Health insurance license within 60 days of employment. Responsibilities

The Telesales Representative is responsible for acquiring new members through inbound and outbound calls, assessing customer needs, and servicing existing members by addressing inquiries about product benefits and utilization. They will also cross-sell ancillary and other applicable products, retain existing members, and maintain knowledge of CMS and state regulations. The role involves capturing relevant information in the CRM system, meeting sales goals, conversion rates, and cross-sell rates, contacting prospective members within specified time limits, and achieving member retention rate targets.
