Requirements

  • Minimum 6-8 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or a Customer-Facing role (preferably in B2B SaaS or the tech industry)
  • Fluent in English and Arabic (written and verbal)
  • Excellent listening and communication skills, with the ability to quickly grasp and summarize customer needs
  • Proficiency with CRM tools (preferably HubSpot) and sales engagement platforms
  • Strong attention to detail, with a disciplined approach to managing follow-ups and tasks

  • Previous experience in inbound SDR or marketing-generated lead qualification

Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and develop the Inside Sales team to consistently achieve lead response, qualification, and conversion targets
  • Define and optimize qualification criteria, discovery frameworks, and handover processes to ensure a seamless buyer experience
  • Monitor inbound lead flow, pipeline health, and team productivity through HubSpot CRM, ensuring accuracy and actionable reporting
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Sales leadership to align inbound strategies, campaign follow-ups, and lead prioritization
  • Establish clear SLAs and performance metrics for lead response and conversion, driving accountability across the team
  • Provide ongoing training, feedback, and mentorship to enhance team members’ discovery, communication, and sales skills
  • Analyze data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities, implementing improvements to maximize conversion rates
  • Represent the Inside Sales function in cross-functional meetings, contributing to pipeline strategy and forecasting
