Requirements

  • Afgeronde hbo-opleiding in een bedrijfskundige of commercieel-economische richting

Responsibilities

  • Proactief beheren van relaties met bestaande klanten en bewaken van gemaakte afspraken
  • Adviseren over trainingen, softwarepakketten en aanvullende diensten
  • Opstellen en opvolgen van offertes
  • Administratief verwerken van contractverlengingen en beheren van klantlicenties
  • Verzorgen van informatie voor interne blogs
  • Deelnemen aan interne projecten, zoals procesverbetering, innovatietrajecten en het optimaliseren van de dienstverlening
  • Beheren en verder ontwikkelen van eigen deel van de klantenportefeuille, met aandacht voor uitbouwen van (target) accounts
  • Inventariseren van klantbehoeften en vertalen naar passend pakket aan oplossingen
  • Intern schakelen met verschillende afdelingen om dienstverlening te optimaliseren
  • Signaleren van leads voor consultancy-activiteiten voor de buitendienst
