Requirements

Candidates should possess prior experience working with ProductXpress, along with proven success as a ProductXpress Consultant and a record of consistently meeting or exceeding desired business outcomes. A strong aptitude for learning quickly and adapting to fast-paced environments with changing priorities is also required.

Responsibilities

The ProductXpress Consultant will utilize hands-on knowledge of ProductXpress to set up and configure products within the application, collaborate with business units to understand workflow challenges and provide effective business solutions, decode complex insurance product formulas, analyze data flows, data models, system integration, and APIs related to ProductXpress, ensure successful implementation and integration of ProductXpress within the organization, continuously strive to improve processes and enhance efficiency through the usage of ProductXpress, provide training and support to users on ProductXpress functionalities and best practices, support and perform ProductXpress application upgrades, ensure the delivery of tested, accurate, and precise ProductXpress solutions supporting new and modified insurance product calculations, and work towards continuous improvement exploring new ways to increase efficiencies and enhance the customer experience.
