Familiarity with developing business rules, input forms, and product development, as well as supporting training initiatives, is also required.
The Mortgage System Analyst will provide user support for Encompass and mortgage systems, acting as a liaison with software vendors. They will analyze business processes to identify technology solutions, document user needs, and review requests for program modifications. Responsibilities include developing proposals for new approaches, creating functional specifications, leading systems testing, and analyzing test results. The analyst will also assist in maintaining system documentation, distributing notifications about updates, and supporting training plans. They will collaborate with vendors and administrators on business rules and product development, manage outstanding requests, and develop routine specifications for administrators. Additionally, the role involves performing specialized data entry and updating computer records.
