Responsibilities

  • Assister les clients dans leurs interventions pour les procédures d’implantation quand ils utilisent le matériel du CRM
  • Fournir une assistance technique au corps médical lors des procédures de traitement des troubles du rythme cardiaque complexes
  • Participer dans une formation des patients sur l’utilisation de leur pacemaker ou défibrillateur
  • Réaliser le contrôle des dispositifs sur son dépôt conformément aux directives et assurer la traçabilité et la conformité de tous les dispositifs en sa possession ou dans le centre d’intervention, en conformité avec les procédures qualité et selon la fréquence demandée par l’entreprise
  • Apprendre et se conformer aux pratiques cliniques et règles en vigueur de chaque centre hospitalier
  • "Troubleshooting" - investiguer et analyser la cause des incidents relatifs aux dispositifs dans le respect des règles de matériovigilance
