Requirements

Candidates should possess a 2-year technical degree and/or training in a related field, a B.S. degree in Industrial Distribution, Engineering, Supply Chain / Distribution, Sales, or a related area is preferred, and coursework or certifications in Fluid Power, Fluid Process, or Fluid Conveyance are advantageous. Related internship or co-op experience is a plus, and the ability to start work by or before Winter or Spring 2025, along with the potential to relocate for 12 months, are also required.

Responsibilities

The Industrial Sales Account Manager Trainee will be responsible for developing and growing sales with new and existing customers, developing time and territory management skills, building and maintaining internal relationships with key support teams, participating in hands-on training and joint sales calls with experienced Account Managers, interacting with customers to solve their specific issues and needs, and undergoing ongoing technical/technology and product training.
