Candidates must possess a High School Diploma or equivalent, with some college education being preferred. A minimum of 2 years of successful work experience in a related field is required, along with prior experience in a fast-paced customer service or call center environment. Fluency in speaking, reading, and writing English is essential, as are good verbal and written communication skills, proven ability to prioritize and multitask, advanced skills in Google Suites, and accurate data entry skills. The ability to work overtime and maintain confidentiality is also necessary.
The Inbound/Outbound Queue Associate will provide follow-up calls and mailings to members regarding previous appointments, fill member requests, and answer a high volume of internal calls. They will create internal requests for further follow-up, add accurate notes for future follow-up, and work diligently to meet department goals. Responsibilities include handling inbound calls, emailing, faxing, printing, and mailing member-requested results or forms, managing incoming mail, providing backup coverage for the Member Services team, and following up on voicemails. The associate will also work on special projects, be punctual, manage time effectively, respond to coaching, answer and follow up on member inquiries promptly, demonstrate teamwork, and potentially work overtime. Additional duties include participating in meetings, completing reports, assisting team members, attending training sessions, and performing other related duties as required.
