Requirements

Candidates must be located in Arizona and able to work an assigned 8-hour shift between 7 am and 6 pm. A minimum of 2 years of previous customer service and data entry experience is required, along with strong self-motivation, organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks. Exceptional attention to detail, time management, and proficiency with Microsoft programs (Word, Excel, OneNote, Teams) are necessary; CRM system experience is preferred. A Bachelor's degree, experience in energy efficiency or project coordination, and bilingual Spanish skills are preferred.

Responsibilities

The Customer Service Coordinator will maintain electronic and hard copy filing systems for applications and rebates, and communicate effectively with other departments to service customers. Responsibilities include data entry into various database applications with high accuracy, providing exceptional customer service and call handling, and safeguarding confidential customer information. The role involves supporting assigned programs within the department and assisting with the efficient delivery of energy initiatives, contractor coordination, and customer support to ensure program goals and compliance are met.
