Bachelor's degree required; understanding of construction and prior experience with medical equipment is a plus; experience managing capital equipment projects is a plus; 5+ years of relevant project experience; ability to proactively identify risks and develop mitigation strategies; willingness to travel as this is a remote role covering the Northeast with approximately 75% travel.
Deliver construction projects on time and on budget with high customer satisfaction. Attend coordination meetings to ensure site readiness progresses appropriately. Define site specific installation requirements and collaborate with internal resources to determine production lead times. Schedule and outline installation implementation plans and coordinate in-house and third-party equipment integration such as video cables and monitor mounts. Perform post-install quality reviews to ensure customer satisfaction. Support outside sales with product specifications and technical support. Maintain pre-installation and rough-in information for third party contractors. Demonstrate strong leadership in overseeing product implementation projects and communicate effectively to build consensus across internal and customer teams. Proactively identify and resolve customer issues that threaten project success, and provide customer-focused solutions. Regularly communicate project status to customer project and C-level management, Baxter senior management, and internal project teams. Apply change management best practices in leading product implementation projects and pursue out-of-scope opportunities with relevant teams. Assist in measuring customer satisfaction during and after installations. Focus on meeting or exceeding project metrics including pre-install planning, risk mitigation, delivery, and closeout.
