Minimum 3 years' experience in a software implementation or consultancy role
Experience working in a client/vendor-facing environment
Experienced Implementation Consultant or Project Manager who thrives in dynamic, client-facing roles
Strong technical understanding
Excellent communication skills

Responsibilities

Lead discovery sessions with clients to understand their requirements and design tailored software solutions
Plan and manage implementation projects, coordinating timelines and deliverables
Configure systems and workflows to suit each school’s environment and use case
Coordinate and support user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure successful go-lives
Deliver engaging training sessions and provide comprehensive user support
Develop clear and practical documentation, including training guides and reference materials
Troubleshoot implementation issues and resolve client concerns promptly
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure technical and functional requirements are met
Provide feedback and insights to the Implementation Manager to support ongoing product and process improvement
