Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a software implementation or consultancy role
  • Experience working in a client/vendor-facing environment
  • Experienced Implementation Consultant or Project Manager who thrives in dynamic, client-facing roles
  • Strong technical understanding

Responsibilities

  • Lead discovery sessions with clients to understand their requirements and design tailored software solutions
  • Plan and manage implementation projects, coordinating timelines and deliverables
  • Configure systems and workflows to suit each school’s environment and use case
  • Coordinate and support user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure successful go-lives
  • Deliver engaging training sessions and provide comprehensive user support
  • Develop clear and practical documentation, including training guides and reference materials
  • Troubleshoot implementation issues and resolve client concerns promptly
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure technical and functional requirements are met
  • Provide feedback and insights to the Implementation Manager to support ongoing product and process improvement
