The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in GTM operations, strategic program management, or business transformation within enterprise SaaS. Proven experience leading hyperscaler or cloud transformation initiatives is required, along with a strong understanding of regulated markets and data centers. Experience leveraging or critically thinking about AI integration into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving is also a qualification.
The Hyperscaler Program Director will lead strategic initiatives across hyperscaler partnerships (AWS, Azure, GCP) and oversee program delivery to scale ServiceNow’s hyperscaler motion. Responsibilities include establishing project management standards, ensuring projects are completed on time and within scope, and reporting status to senior leadership. This role involves coordinating with cross-functional teams, managing stakeholders and clients, driving process improvement, and identifying/mitigating risks. Key duties include managing the full lifecycle of programs, facilitating communication among diverse groups, developing relationships with key hyperscalers and internal stakeholders, enhancing efficiency through refined processes, and proactively addressing potential issues. The role also encompasses managing intake, prioritization, and execution of hyperscaler initiatives, driving automation, resolving blockers, accelerating delivery, representing hyperscaler strategy in executive forums, and defining/maintaining KPIs and success metrics for hyperscaler programs.
