Responsibilities

  • Execute HR operations, projects, and initiatives with the US HR team, reporting to the US Director, HRBP
  • Serve as a trusted partner to the business in Germany, influencing key priorities on organizational issues
  • Lead talent acquisition efforts
  • Review compensation and develop compensation plans
  • Run payroll administration and headcount reporting, including various people-focused metrics
  • Implement and manage benefits
  • Manage employee relations
  • Support people development and performance management processes
  • Oversee HR system (Workday)
  • Ensure compliance with regulations
  • Lead design and execution of HR initiatives aligning with business priorities, including employee experience and retention, talent assessment, and succession planning
  • Promote HR strategies with the HR Director that align with business go-to-market strategy, focusing on required talent
  • Leverage German and English proficiency for smooth communication between Tokyo office and headquarters
  • Collaborate with HR functions to roll out talent and people programs across the organization
