Responsibilities

Execute HR operations, projects, and initiatives with the US HR team, reporting to the US Director, HRBP
Serve as a trusted partner to the business in Germany, influencing key priorities on organizational issues
Lead talent acquisition efforts
Review compensation and develop compensation plans
Run payroll administration and headcount reporting, including various people-focused metrics
Implement and manage benefits
Manage employee relations
Support people development and performance management processes
Oversee HR system (Workday)
Ensure compliance with regulations
Lead design and execution of HR initiatives aligning with business priorities, including employee experience and retention, talent assessment, and succession planning
Promote HR strategies with the HR Director that align with business go-to-market strategy, focusing on required talent
Leverage German and English proficiency for smooth communication between Tokyo office and headquarters
Collaborate with HR functions to roll out talent and people programs across the organization
