Requirements

Candidates should have 5+ years of experience building world-class product experiences for interactive web applications, including scalable backend services and complex, stateful frontend user interfaces. Experience with Go, GraphQL, TypeScript, React, and React Router is expected, along with strong technical project management skills. Collaboration with engineers, designers, and product managers is essential, and experience with AI engineers for AI-driven features, building accessible UIs, and ELA learning or assessment products using Generative AI/LLMs are considered bonuses. Responsibilities

As a Senior Fullstack Engineer on a fixed-term contract, you will work on product teams to develop equitable solutions for under-resourced students and teachers. This may involve building tools for teachers to integrate Khan Academy into their classrooms or integrating learning science to address literacy skill gaps. You will also harness the power of AI to deliver product capabilities, write clean and maintainable code, and contribute to pushing the team and mission forward. You will be expected to lead projects and share your learning with the team.
