Responsibilities

  • Partnering with managers and employees at global locations to address compensation-related inquiries and provide guidance on L&D opportunities
  • Utilizing HRIS and other data sources to generate reports and insights that inform HR decision-making and program effectiveness
  • Contributing to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance and best practices
