Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or an Associate degree in business administration, or an equivalent qualification. A minimum of two years of experience is required.
The Human Resource Administrator will provide administrative support to the HR department by maintaining personnel records, managing HR documents, and updating internal databases. They will also act as the first point of contact for HR-related queries from employees and external partners, manage the monthly Health Management process, answer employment verification requests, conduct reference checks, liaise with external partners, monitor HR Job Letter Distribution, ensure the accuracy of information entered in UltiPro, conduct audits, create reports for payroll, follow-up on police records, conduct exit interviews, prepare monthly reports on HR metrics, transcribe hearing recordings, assist with leave issues, participate in HR projects, and carry out any other duties assigned by the Assist HR Manager.
