Requirements

Candidates should have 5+ years of experience with Workday administration (HCM, Advanced Comp, Talent, etc) and HR, 2+ years of experience managing, and a passion for systems and processes/process enhancement. They must possess excellent critical thinking skills, organizational, self-management, interpersonal skills, and the ability to maintain confidentiality, along with proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office, Gsuite, and Mac computers.

Responsibilities

The Manager, People Systems will serve as the first point of contact for Workday support, independently partner with the People Team for ongoing enhancements and maintenance across various Workday modules, project manage Phase X implementations and upgrades, provide regular Workday support through auditing and reporting, partner with Security and IT teams on scaling processes, create and maintain Workday job aids/guides, manage a team of Workday contractors, and own vendor relationships including AMS and contracting agencies.
