Position Overview

Recorded Future's People team is seeking a Manager, People Systems who will oversee the administration, maintenance, and continuous development of Workday. This role will serve as the first point of contact for the business and partner closely with various key stakeholders to ensure system growth and scalability as well as troubleshooting issues.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for Workday support.
  • Independently partner with the People Team for ongoing enhancements and maintenance for several Workday modules (Core HCM, Time/Absence, Talent, Benefits, etc.).
  • Project manage any further Phase X implementations and upgrades through collaborating with key stakeholders.
  • Provide regular Workday support to the People team through frequent auditing and running custom reports/dashboards. Audits include job profiles, census, org structures, etc.
  • Partner with the Security and IT teams on scaling any processes that the People shares with the two teams (integrations, access, security groups, etc).
  • Create and maintain any Workday job aids/guides for the business.
  • Manage current team of Workday contractors (4-7) – approve weekly hours, manage contractor POs, internal renewal process, and selection/management of contractors.
  • Own vendor relationships including but not limited to: external AMS team, Workday contracting agencies, etc.
  • Manage vendor POs and any internal procurement processing.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience with Workday administration (HCM, Advanced Comp, Talent, etc) and HR.
  • 2+ years of experience managing.
  • Passionate about systems and processes/process enhancement.
  • Globally collaborative with strong communication skills.
  • Excellent critical thinking skills, organizational, self-management, interpersonal skills, and ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Must be able to exercise strong judgment and independently take appropriate actions within defined HR policies and procedures in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office, Gsuite, and Mac computers.

Compensation and Benefits

  • The base salary range for this full-time position is $120,000 - $200,000.
  • Salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations.
  • Individual pay is determined by state, work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
  • This position may be eligible for incentive compensation, equity, and medical, dental, vision, life insurance and 401K.
