Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, along with a minimum of 3 years of experience in financial analysis and systems administration. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are required, as well as proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, Workday Adaptive Planning, and BI tools.

Responsibilities

The Financial Systems and Analytics Analyst will administer and maintain the company’s financial systems, ensuring data integrity and system functionality, troubleshoot system issues, and collaborate with stakeholders on system upgrades and enhancements. They will develop and maintain financial models and dashboards to track KPIs, collect, analyze, and interpret financial data to identify trends and risks, prepare and present financial reports and analyses to management, and identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy. Furthermore, the role involves ensuring compliance with internal controls and financial reporting standards and assisting with internal and external audits.
