Strong change management, user training capabilities, and familiarity with agile project methodologies are essential. Excellent communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences, the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions, and strong problem-solving and analytical thinking capabilities are also necessary. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship and may be subject to government background checks.
