Requirements

Candidates must have 2-5 years of HRIS experience with direct Workday configuration experience and in-depth knowledge of at least one Workday module. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, proficiency in Workday reporting, a Bachelor's degree in HR, IT, or a related field, and experience with Organizational Change Management are required. Preferred qualifications include Workday Pro Certification, Workday Integration and EIB experience, and a PMP credential. Skills include intermediate Workday proficiency, Excel skills (pivot tables, conditional formatting, basic formulas), the ability to translate HR business needs into system requirements, comfort working with cross-functional teams, self-starting ability with minimal guidance, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

The HRIS Workday Analyst will configure and maintain Workday modules with minimal supervision, design and run advanced reports and dashboards, and perform data analysis for HR initiatives. This role involves acting as a liaison between HR and IT, participating in system upgrades, testing, and release management, and training HR team members and end users on Workday best practices. Responsibilities also include identifying opportunities for process improvement, recommending solutions, acting as a Workday SME to business stakeholders, collaborating on system upgrades and fixes, and maintaining the HRIS system database, integrations, and security.
