Candidates should have over 5 years of experience in Retail HR, with expertise in employee relations, employment laws (including ADA and leave regulations), and creating a supportive workplace. Excellent problem-solving skills, high emotional intelligence, and the ability to handle sensitive issues professionally and confidentially are essential. Experience in partnering with and guiding leaders in performance management decisions, particularly in a high-growth context, is required, along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Familiarity with HRIS systems, Google Office Suite, and employee relations tools like AllVoices is a plus. Candidates must not be on the Office of Inspector General’s List of Excluded Individuals/Entities (LEIE).

Responsibilities also include leading training sessions, administering leave programs and the interactive accommodation process, and leading engagement initiatives. The HR Manager will champion core values and promote a culture of respect and teamwork, requiring occasional travel up to 25%.
