As HR Manager, you'll handle complex, sensitive issues with empathy and integrity, driving a work culture grounded in respect and teamwork that supports our accelerated growth. We are looking for someone with expertise in employee relations, conflict resolution, and HR best practices—and who has a strong understanding of leave management and accommodations within a dynamic, high-growth retail or customer-focused environment. This role requires occasional travel (up to 25%) to retail and off-site locations for employee relations support, training, and team events.

  • Training and Culture:
    • Lead training sessions to reinforce company values and standards.
    • Champion core values and promote a culture of respect and teamwork.
  • Leave and Accommodations:
    • Administer various leave programs (e.g., FMLA, PFL, short-term disability).
    • Support the interactive accommodation process, ensuring compliance and a positive employee experience.
  • Engagement:
    • Lead and support engagement initiatives to celebrate employees and build connections.

Requirements

  • Experience:
    • 5+ years of experience in Retail HR.
    • Expertise in employee relations, employment laws (including ADA and leave regulations), and creating a supportive workplace.
    • Experience partnering with and guiding leaders in performance management decisions, particularly in a high-growth context.
