Requirements
Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Human Resource Management, Sociology or Psychology
3+ years of experience in Human Resources
Advanced level of written and spoken English
Strong problem-solving skills and sound judgment
Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail
Experience working in HRIS or HCM systems is strongly preferred
Ability to work independently and take on increasing responsibilities over time
Strict adherence to confidentiality and professionalism
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Flexibility to adapt to shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities
Provide support to the Corporate HR Business Partner team in implementing new programs and initiatives that will continue to develop employees and contribute positively to the culture and employee engagement
Serve as main point of contact for HR-related inquiries and requests
Administer various human resources procedures and assist in the development and implementation of policies, including the employee handbook and other internal procedures
Support workforce administration processes and data input in the HRIS, such as terminations, transfers, management assignment changes, and updates to personal data
Deliver and maintain onboarding and offboarding activities, including leading new hire orientation
Track and document compliance with mandatory and non-mandatory training
Provide full HR day-to-day support, performance management, employee relations, and analytics reporting
Handle employment-related inquiries from employees and supervisors, referring complex and/or sensitive matters to the appropriate staff
Analyze HR data regularly, identifying areas for improvement in current processes
Maintain compliance with local employment laws and regulations and recommended best practices; review policies and procedures to maintain compliance
