Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Human Resource Management, Sociology or Psychology
  • 3+ years of experience in Human Resources
  • Advanced level of written and spoken English
  • Strong problem-solving skills and sound judgment
  • Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Experience working in HRIS or HCM systems is strongly preferred
  • Ability to work independently and take on increasing responsibilities over time
  • Strict adherence to confidentiality and professionalism
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Flexibility to adapt to shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

  • Provide support to the Corporate HR Business Partner team in implementing new programs and initiatives that will continue to develop employees and contribute positively to the culture and employee engagement
  • Serve as main point of contact for HR-related inquiries and requests
  • Administer various human resources procedures and assist in the development and implementation of policies, including the employee handbook and other internal procedures
  • Support workforce administration processes and data input in the HRIS, such as terminations, transfers, management assignment changes, and updates to personal data
  • Deliver and maintain onboarding and offboarding activities, including leading new hire orientation
  • Track and document compliance with mandatory and non-mandatory training
  • Provide full HR day-to-day support, performance management, employee relations, and analytics reporting
  • Handle employment-related inquiries from employees and supervisors, referring complex and/or sensitive matters to the appropriate staff
  • Analyze HR data regularly, identifying areas for improvement in current processes
  • Maintain compliance with local employment laws and regulations and recommended best practices; review policies and procedures to maintain compliance
