Deel is seeking an experienced HR professional to serve as an in-house HR expert for Spain. This role will be responsible for managing all complex people-related matters concerning the Employee of Record (EOR) employee lifecycle at Deel. The ideal candidate will provide a high level of support to EOR employees, acting as the primary point of contact for HR inquiries, and will contribute to the continuous improvement of HR systems and processes.
