Candidates must possess 3-5+ years of international HR professional experience in a high-volume, fast-paced environment. Fluency in both English and Spanish languages is required, along with strong analytical skills to identify, scope, and resolve complex HR issues. Experience with HR certifications, JIRA, Zendesk, or Intercom is considered a plus.
The HR Experience Specialist will serve as the in-house HR expert for Spain, managing all complex people-related matters within the EOR employee lifecycle. This includes owning and driving the employee lifecycle from onboarding to off-boarding, orientation, employee support, performance management, payroll, and benefits. The role involves providing a high level of support to EOR employees, acting as the primary point of contact for HR queries, and performing administrative tasks such as report generation, employment verification letters, and HRIS administration. Additionally, the specialist will ensure a high-touch local experience and assist in creating scalable systems for the product and operations teams.
