Deel is seeking an HR Experience Specialist to provide hands-on support throughout the entire employee lifecycle. The role focuses on ensuring a smooth, efficient, and positive HR experience for Deel's employees globally. You will work with global teams to address employee queries, assist with HR administration, and implement initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction and engagement, ensuring employees are supported and informed across Deel's systems in over 90 countries.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the in-house HR expert for the assigned region, handling complex people-related matters concerning the EOR employee lifecycle at Deel.
  • Own and drive the EOR employee lifecycle, including onboarding/off-boarding, orientation, employee support, performance management, payroll, and benefits.
  • Provide a high level of support to EOR employees, serving as the first point of contact for HR-related queries.
  • Handle HR administration tasks such as generation of reports, employment verification letters, and HRIS administration.
  • Deliver a high-touch local experience where required and assist product and operations teams in creating scalable systems.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of International HR professional experience in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
  • Focus on Indian Labor Law is required.
  • Strong analytical skills to identify, scope, and resolve complex and sensitive HR issues.
  • Data-driven approach, challenging the status quo and striving to improve response times and employee experience.
  • Experience using JIRA, Zendesk, Intercom, or other ticketing tools is a plus.
