Candidates should possess 3-5 years of International HR professional experience in a high-volume and fast-paced environment with a focus on Indian Labor Law, along with strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to problem-solving. Experience utilizing ticketing tools such as JIRA, Zendesk, or Intercom is preferred.
The HR Experience Specialist will be responsible for providing hands-on support throughout the entire employee lifecycle for Deel's EOR employees, including onboarding, offboarding, orientation, employee support, performance management, and payroll. They will also handle complex people-related matters, provide a high-level of support to EOR employees as the first point of contact for HR queries, offer administrative support through report generation and HRIS administration, and ensure a high-touch local experience where required, collaborating with product and operations teams to scale systems effectively.
