Candidates should possess 3-5 years of experience in HR administration, payroll operations, or a related function, demonstrating a strong ability to navigate and support both HR and payroll functions. They must ensure accuracy, compliance, and operational efficiency in their work.
The HR Experience Specialist will act as a bridge between Payroll Operations and the HR Experience team, ensuring alignment in HR and payroll processes. They will provide administrative support for tasks impacting both payroll and HR operations, including document management, statutory communication, and certificate generation. The role involves processing Employer of Record (EOR) and Global Payroll (GP) activities, maintaining records, and supporting audits and internal reviews related to HR and payroll compliance. Furthermore, they will serve as the main point of contact for non-payroll HR related matters, analyze data, prepare operational reports, and collaborate on ad hoc projects and strategic initiatives.
