Deel is seeking an HR Experience Specialist to provide essential administrative and operational support for employee lifecycle events, compliance, and the global workforce. This role involves managing day-to-day non-standard Payroll and HR administrative tasks that intersect with payroll and HR services, including employee records, HR requests, workforce-related operations, and various compliance initiatives. The specialist will collaborate with internal teams, authorities, and external institutions to ensure operational activities align with payroll and HR standards.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a liaison between Payroll Operations and the HR Experience team to ensure alignment in HR and payroll processes.
  • Provide administrative support for tasks impacting both payroll and HR operations, including document management, statutory communication, and certificate generation and distribution.
  • Process Employer of Record (EOR) and Global Payroll (GP) related activities, focusing on data accuracy for payroll and compliance.
  • Audit, maintain, and update EOR and GP records in coordination with HR data and payroll systems.
  • Support periodic audits, inspections, and internal reviews related to HR and payroll compliance.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for non-payroll HR-related matters for both EOR and HR within the Payroll organization, addressing queries and ensuring a consistent employee experience.
  • Analyze data and prepare operational reports for management and leadership.
  • Collaborate with HR Experience and Payroll Operations teams on ad hoc projects and strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience in HR administration, payroll operations, or a related function.
  • Strong ability to navigate and support both HR and payroll functions, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency.
