This role focuses on partnering with internal teams to enhance the Employer of Record (EOR) employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding, ensuring a seamless employee experience. The position involves solving complex problems, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring HR operations are scalable, compliant, and aligned with company objectives.
