Requirements

Candidates should have 3+ years of experience in a fast-paced environment, comfortable with ambiguity, and a background in FinTech, management consulting, investment banking, or private equity. Fluency in English and Arabic languages is required, along with experience building and optimizing scalable processes to improve customer experience and operations.

Responsibilities

The HR Experience Manager will ensure and maintain compliance and HR operations in Egypt in accordance with relevant employment laws and regulations, contribute to HR product planning and scoping, participate in initial HR interviews, manage daily administrative tasks related to EORs, provide support to EORs and clients for HR-related questions, manage standard onboarding and offboarding processes, participate in the creation and implementation of regional HR operations, and be the subject matter expert for the country’s operational quality and knowledge.
