We Breathe Life Into Data
At Komodo Health, our mission is to reduce the global burden of disease. And we believe that smarter use of data is essential to this mission. That’s why we built the Healthcare Map — the industry’s largest, most complete, precise view of the U.S. healthcare system — by combining de-identified, real-world patient data with innovative algorithms and decades of clinical experience. The Healthcare Map serves as our foundation for a powerful suite of software applications, helping us answer healthcare’s most complex questions for our partners. Across the healthcare ecosystem, we’re helping our clients unlock critical insights to track detailed patient behaviors and treatment patterns, identify gaps in care, address unmet patient needs, and reduce the global burden of disease.
As we pursue these goals, it remains essential to us that we stay grounded in our values: be awesome, seek growth, deliver “wow,” and enjoy the ride. At Komodo, you will be joining a team of ambitious, supportive Dragons with diverse backgrounds but a shared passion to deliver on our mission to reduce the burden of disease — and enjoy the journey along the way.
At Komodo Health, we believe that our people are our greatest asset. As a People Operations Associate, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the employee experience and supporting our mission to improve healthcare through data-driven insights. This role is essential to building a positive, inclusive, and high-performing culture that empowers every team member to thrive.
The People Operations Associate is responsible for ensuring a seamless and supportive employee journey from onboarding to offboarding. You will own critical HR processes, serve as a trusted resource for employees, and help drive initiatives that foster engagement, compliance, and operational excellence. Your work will directly impact our ability to attract, retain, and develop top talent in pursuit of Komodo Health’s mission.
The pay range for each job posting reflects a minimum and maximum range of hourly base pay that we reasonably expect to pay for this position within the US. Data-driven insights for patient care improvement
Komodo Health focuses on enhancing patient care and minimizing disease impact through data analysis. Their platform, known as the Healthcare Map™, provides detailed insights by examining a wide range of data related to patients, healthcare providers, and health systems. This allows various stakeholders in the healthcare sector, including life sciences companies, patient advocacy groups, healthcare practitioners, and payers, to make informed decisions that improve patient outcomes and reduce costs. Unlike many competitors, Komodo Health emphasizes a patient-centered approach, ensuring that clinical innovations are aligned with the needs of patients. The ultimate goal of Komodo Health is to collaborate with partners to alleviate the burden of disease and ensure that effective therapies reach those who need them most.
