Requirements

Proficiency with HRIS platforms like Workday and strong data management abilities are required. A solid understanding of HR policies, procedures, and employment law compliance is necessary, along with strong analytical skills for HR data. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail, demonstrated problem-solving and critical thinking abilities, and a high level of discretion and integrity in handling confidential information are also essential.

Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end onboarding and offboarding processes, including I-9 verification, background checks, orientation, exit interviews, and final paperwork. Serve as the main point of contact for employee questions through the People team’s Jira ticketing system, ensuring timely and accurate responses. Maintain and update employee records in Workday, processing job changes and auditing data for accuracy. Assist with benefits administration, including enrollment, employee inquiries, and communication with benefits providers. Support payroll operations by collaborating with the payroll team to ensure timely and accurate compensation and deductions. Help develop, implement, and communicate HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations.
