Requirements

  • Bac +5 en Ressources Humaines, Droit Social ou équivalent
  • Expérience de 10 ans minimum dans des fonctions RH
  • Maîtrise du droit social et expérience dans l’animation du dialogue social
  • Capacité à évoluer dans un environnement matriciel, avec un fort sens du service et du business
  • Leadership d’influence, capacité d’analyse, agilité, sens de la confidentialité
  • Pratique courante de l’anglais

Responsibilities

  • Conseiller les managers sur tous les sujets RH : organisation, gestion des talents, performance, développement des compétences, rémunération
  • Accompagner les transformations organisationnelles, les mobilités internes et les évolutions d’effectifs
  • Piloter le cycle RH annuel (entretiens d’évaluation, revues de performance, people review, campagnes de rémunération)
  • Être l’interlocuteur RH de proximité des représentants du personnel sur le périmètre concerné
  • Préparer et animer les instances représentatives du personnel (CSE, CSSCT...)
  • Participer à la rédaction d’accords collectifs ou à leur mise en œuvre
  • Assurer une veille sociale et juridique sur les sujets impactant le périmètre
  • Contribuer au déploiement des projets RH transverses (engagement, qualité de vie au travail, transformation digitale, etc.)
  • Porter et animer des projets spécifiques en fonction des priorités du périmètre
  • Travailler en lien avec les autres pôles RH (recrutement, formation, paie, développement RH) pour assurer une mise en œuvre efficace des projets
