Requirements

Active Secret clearance
5+ years of experience in managing programs, training, and oversight for projects of a similar size and scope
Previously completed a successful HIMARS Battery experience, with additional operational experience in the field environment
Experience as one or more of the following: HIMARS Tactical Control Officer or Tactical Control Assistant; HIMARS Tactical Director or Tactical Director Assistant; HIMARS Tactical Trainer; and/or BN Standardizations
Serve as a PAF-HIMARS Instructor Trainer on the employment, operation, and maintenance of the Poland HIMARS system
Occasionally lift and/or move moderate amounts of weight (typically less than 20 pounds). Regular and predictable attendance is essential

Responsibilities

Serves as primary in-country point of contact, lead instructor, and supervisor for TAFT
Acts as liaison between all stakeholders
Responsible for the instruction of specific lesson(s) of the Program
Assures that students obtain proficiency in each module of instruction before they proceed to the next area of instruction
Responsible for the design, development, administration, and grading of all written and practical examinations
Responsible for assuring that course goals and objectives are met IAW the PWS
Provides instructors and students with counsel, mentoring, and assessment of their academic performance as required
Management and execution of contract requirements
Direct trainers and effectively interface with the client
