Requirements

  • Active Secret clearance
  • 5+ years of experience in managing programs, training, and oversight for projects of a similar size and scope
  • Previously completed a successful HIMARS Battery experience, with additional operational experience in the field environment
  • Experience as one or more of the following: HIMARS Tactical Control Officer or Tactical Control Assistant; HIMARS Tactical Director or Tactical Director Assistant; HIMARS Tactical Trainer; and/or BN Standardizations
  • Serve as a PAF-HIMARS Instructor Trainer on the employment, operation, and maintenance of the Poland HIMARS system
  • Occasionally lift and/or move moderate amounts of weight (typically less than 20 pounds). Regular and predictable attendance is essential

Responsibilities

  • Serves as primary in-country point of contact, lead instructor, and supervisor for TAFT
  • Acts as liaison between all stakeholders
  • Responsible for the instruction of specific lesson(s) of the Program
  • Assures that students obtain proficiency in each module of instruction before they proceed to the next area of instruction
  • Responsible for the design, development, administration, and grading of all written and practical examinations
  • Responsible for assuring that course goals and objectives are met IAW the PWS
  • Provides instructors and students with counsel, mentoring, and assessment of their academic performance as required
  • Management and execution of contract requirements
  • Direct trainers and effectively interface with the client
