The Healthcare Operations Facility Administrator must support FMCNA's mission, vision, core values, and customer service philosophy, adhering to the FMCNA Compliance Program, regulatory requirements, and FMS policies. They must manage daily facility operations, ensuring cost-effectiveness and compliance with all legal, regulatory, and compliance requirements. Collaboration with the Medical Director and Clinical Coordinator/Charge Nurse/Nurse Supervisor is essential for quality patient care, from admission to discharge. The administrator must possess the authority to make daily decisions for continuity of care and patient/staff safety. Experience in managing profit and loss, financial aspects, and key performance indicators is required, along with a strong understanding of Federal and State laws and agency regulations. Experience in developing and maintaining Medical Director and physician relationships, and marketing services through presentations, is also necessary.
The Healthcare Operations Facility Administrator is responsible for managing the daily business operations of the dialysis clinic, including staff, patient care quality, facility maintenance, and inventory control. They will manage the profit and loss and financial aspects to achieve or exceed budget and key performance indicators. The administrator will collaborate with the Clinical Coordinator/Charge RN/Nurse Supervisor and Medical Director to ensure outstanding patient care quality and compliance with company policies, coordinating all aspects of patient care from admission to discharge. Responsibilities include educating patients and families on access care, addressing patient concerns, developing efficient patient schedules, assisting with patient workflow, and implementing a Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) Process Improvement Team. They will continually review center operations for compliance with Federal and State laws and regulations, develop strong physician relationships, and market available services. The administrator will support and drive FMS quality standards through regulatory compliance and CQI practices, implement FMS quality goals, and develop facility-specific action plans. Additionally, they will oversee and monitor appropriate training for ongoing compliance with company and FMS risk management initiatives.
