Position Overview

We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Call Center Representatives to join our healthcare team. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for patients, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and empathy. You will manage a high volume of calls, handle patient concerns, and perform various clerical tasks that support daily operations and contribute to a positive patient experience.

Schedule Options

• Position 1: Sunday to Thursday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Position 2 & 3: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Answer incoming patient calls and provide accurate, satisfactory information and assistance.
• De-escalate calls with dissatisfied or concerned patients while maintaining a calm and supportive approach.
• Make outbound calls to remind patients of upcoming appointments or follow-ups.
• Conduct patient outreach and provide support as needed.
• Accurately transfer calls and relay messages.
• Record all relevant patient interactions in our eClinicalWorks (ECW) EMR system.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance customer service processes.
• Perform general clerical and administrative tasks as assigned.
• Maintain a courteous and professional demeanor at all times.

Requirements

• Mandatory: Experience with eClinicalWorks (ECW).
• Previous experience in a medical call center or healthcare setting is preferred.
• Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
• Ability to manage high call volumes and multitask efficiently.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to document information accurately.
• Positive attitude and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
