The Health Plan Lead Solutions Engineer plays a crucial role in the pre-sales process, focusing on delivering compelling product demonstrations and articulating clear business value propositions. You will collaborate with Account Executives and senior-level stakeholders, translating complex technical capabilities into solutions that align with customer strategic goals. This role involves scoping solutions and coordinating with Product/Delivery teams for successful implementation.

Requirements

  • At least 10 years of experience in a similar capacity.
  • Experience demonstrating complex application functionality and designing customer-specific software solutions for large enterprise deals.
  • 10+ years of experience selling software products and services to health plans, other enterprise organizations, and/or the group benefits space.
  • Experience supporting strategic partners and developing relationships.
  • Knowledge of enterprise-level software technology.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the lead technical representative during the pre-sales process for the Enterprise/Health Plan Business.
  • Define scope and end-to-end solutions, deliver product demos, and manage coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Deliver high-impact product demonstrations tailored to customer needs and strategic business objectives.
  • Craft and deliver narratives that resonate with senior-level decision-makers, highlighting unique value propositions.
  • Translate customer requirements into scoped solutions and collaborate with technical teams for successful implementations.
  • Provide expert knowledge of software products and implementation methodology in a fast-paced environment.
  • Assess needs and develop technical solutions to support effective sales enablement of channel partners.
  • Collaborate with sales, product, customer success, and marketing teams to refine product messaging, demos, and collateral for senior audiences.
  • Mentor and guide other Solution Consultants to enhance their demo skills and engagement with senior decision-makers.
  • Assist in completing functional and technical responses for RFI/RFPs.
  • Develop partner capabilities to effectively respond to inquiries.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Travel

  • Up to 25% in support of partner engagements.
