Requirements

Candidates must possess 8+ years of consultative selling experience in Medical and Specialty Sales, including experience selling to Large Groups, and 4+ years of experience leading a new business sales team selling to both large and small employers. A Bachelor’s degree is required.

Responsibilities

The Director, Employer Group Distribution Ancillary will lead a field-based team responsible for selling ancillary solutions to clients of all sizes within an assigned Group Market, meeting membership and growth targets by optimizing talent for new sales and cross-sales. They will conduct and manage local and sales operations meetings, communicate and monitor sales results, develop market-specific strategies, ensure the smooth transition of clients, develop relationships with national, regional, and local firms, provide customer and broker insights, collaborate with various functional areas, identify and communicate needs for product improvements, and build the Humana brand across the market.
