Requirements

Candidates should have 8+ years of technical experience in engineering or solutions architecture, with 5+ years in technical marketing, developer advocacy, or a similar developer-focused content role. They must be skilled in modern web technologies, especially JavaScript frameworks (Next.js preferred), AI SDKs, and cloud platforms, and be a gifted communicator capable of distilling complex technical concepts into clear, engaging writing, presentations, demos, and videos. They should be deeply empathetic, patient, and enjoy teaching and enabling others, and be confident speaking at conferences, webinars, and customer events, thriving when collaborating cross-functionally.

Responsibilities

Lead the strategy and creation of technical content (demos, videos, technical blogs, guides, and webinars) to drive awareness and education across Vercel's developer and enterprise audiences. Deliver compelling live presentations at webinars, conferences, and field events, becoming a trusted voice in the enterprise community. Prototype and produce frontier technical content showcasing the full power of Vercel’s platform. Ensure technical marketing is approachable, helpful, and empowering, creating a space where everyone feels comfortable asking questions. Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing Technical Marketing team. Collaborate closely with Product Marketing, Demand Generation, and Sales to focus on education, clarity, and technical storytelling that drives awareness and adoption.
