A strong understanding of the game development ecosystem and developer mindset is essential, along with a proven track record of running impactful multi-channel marketing campaigns and experience working with global, distributed teams. Excellent leadership, communication, and storytelling skills are required, and familiarity with technical content, developer tooling, and integration workflows is a plus.
The Developer Marketing Director will define and execute the global developer marketing strategy, build a consistent developer-facing brand voice, and ensure marketing initiatives effectively promote custom integration use cases and self-service product adoption. This role involves leading the creation and promotion of marketing campaigns for developer audiences, highlighting lighthouse integrations and case studies, and managing presence at top developer events. Responsibilities also include overseeing the production of multi-format content tailored for different developer segments and regional markets, coordinating with Developer Relations to promote technical content, and driving marketing initiatives to extend Xsolla's reach into top game developer communities, while also supporting local developer events and using analytics to refine strategy.
