Proven experience in designing and leading content workstreams within complex projects, working efficiently through various design stages, and possessing advanced communication and storytelling abilities are essential.
The Content Strategy Lead will design and lead content workstreams for large projects, define and evolve content strategies to align stakeholders with member objectives, and inventory/assess content for accuracy and consistency. They will also lead the creation of tools and guidelines for content creators, define governance plans, and ensure content success metrics are tracked. Building trusted relationships across departments and applying user research to inform content development are key functions of this role.
