Preferred consulting experience or 5+ years in talent acquisition, human resources, or organizational development, including at least 5 years in leadership, is required. Strong change management leadership, compelling presentation skills using PowerPoint, process improvement expertise, excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, and demonstrated proficiency in forecasting, data analytics, and scenario modeling are essential. Experience with HRIS, ATS, and workforce analytics platforms is highly desirable.
The Head of Strategic Talent Planning will develop and present long-term workforce strategies aligned with business goals, partnering with HR Business Partners to execute talent plans and anticipate future needs. Responsibilities include calibrating forecasting models, monitoring AI trends in talent planning, designing and tracking recruiting KPIs, creating executive dashboards, and driving workforce planning for acquisitions and new locations. The role also involves leading cross-functional talent initiatives, applying project management methodologies, conducting change impact assessments, and communicating progress to senior leadership.
