Responsibilities

  • Build and execute a B2C and B2B sales strategy across Poland and international markets.
  • Manage a sales team (leaders and sales representatives).
  • Develop sales structures.
  • Optimize sales funnels and automate processes.
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teams.
  • Recruit, develop, and train team members.
  • Monitor and analyze KPIs (conversion rate, CAC, lifetime value, etc.).
  • Test and implement new sales channels and products.

Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum 4-5 years of experience in sales in a managerial role.
  • International Sales Experience: Documented experience in sales on international markets (European markets preferred).
  • Strategic Sales Planning: Ability to design and execute a sales strategy – from defining assumptions to planning processes and daily execution.
  • New Business Development: Experience in building and scaling New Business sales in Poland and at least one foreign market.
  • Data-Driven Approach: Ability to combine data analysis with operational execution.
  • CRM & Automation Tools: Experience using CRM systems and sales automation tools.
  • Personal Attributes: Self-motivated, results-oriented, and enjoys experimentation.
  • Language Skills: Fluent in Polish and English.
  • Industry Preference: Experience in sales of HR services or educational solutions is a plus.
