Commercial Sales Manager

Candidates should have at least 4-5 years of experience in sales in a managerial role, documented experience in sales on international markets (especially European), the ability to design and execute a sales strategy, knowledge of building new business sales from scratch and scaling it in Poland and at least one foreign market, experience with CRM systems and automation tools, and fluency in both Polish and English.
The Head of Sales will build and implement a B2C and B2B sales strategy, manage the sales team (leaders and salespeople), develop sales structures, optimize sales funnels and automate processes, collaborate closely with Marketing, Customer Success, and Product departments, recruit, develop, and train team members, monitor and analyze KPIs, test and implement new sales channels and products, and drive overall sales growth.
