Responsibilities

  • Build and lead Render’s sales and customer success functions from inception.
  • Define and implement a go-to-market strategy supporting a land-and-expand model across SMB, mid-market, and enterprise segments.
  • Develop and scale repeatable processes for inbound, outbound, expansion, and partner sales motions.
  • Drive accurate and disciplined pipeline generation, qualification, forecasting, and closing.
  • Design and optimize compensation models, territories, and team structures to align with growth stages.
  • Partner with Marketing to generate pipeline and refine messaging for key segments.
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering to relay field insights and influence roadmap decisions.
  • Act as a key seller and strategic partner in significant deals and key accounts.
  • Hire, coach, and retain top talent, building a team that embodies Render’s values and customer-centric approach.

Requirements

  • 12+ years of experience in B2B SaaS, including leadership and scaling of sales teams in high-growth environments.
