The Head of Sales should possess 12+ years of B2B SaaS experience, including leadership and scaling of sales teams in high-growth environments, and a strong understanding of go-to-market strategies. They should be capable of defining and implementing a scalable sales foundation, driving pipeline generation, and optimizing compensation models.
The Head of Sales will be responsible for building and leading Render’s sales and customer success functions from the ground up, defining a go-to-market strategy, developing repeatable sales processes, partnering with Marketing and Product to generate pipeline and shape roadmap decisions, and serving as a key seller in top deals. They will also be responsible for hiring, coaching, and retaining top sales talent, and ultimately unlocking long-term revenue growth for the company.
